• Describing menu items and recommending products
• Cleaning and sanitising workstations, utensils, and equipment
• Maintaining the cleanliness of service and seating areas
• Managing stock, including ordering and receiving supplies
Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, cafés, or front-of-house roles preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly and approachable personality
• Strong attention to detail
• Good literacy and numeracy
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
